  • Your delivery and pickup addresses

  • Payment details (only if shared directly)

  • Date of birth (for pharmacy pickups only)

  • Delivery preferences and notes

  • File uploads (e.g., receipts or order confirmations)

2. How We Use Your Info

We use your information to:

  • Fulfill your delivery request

  • Contact you for questions, clarifications, or payment confirmations

  • Send real-time updates about your delivery status

  • Improve and streamline our service

  • Contact you with follow-up or feedback requests (we won’t spam you)

We will never sell or share your information with outside companies for marketing purposes. Ever.

3. How We Store & Protect It

We use secure platforms to store customer data, including Jotform, Google Forms, and email.
Data is only accessible by Mama Moves Mountains Delivery staff (aka Miranda) and is never shared without permission. We use strong passwords and access controls to keep everything locked down.

4. Payments & Security

We do not store or process credit card information directly on our site.
All digital payments (Venmo, Cash App, etc.) are processed externally via the customer’s preferred app.
You are responsible for securing your digital wallet, and we do not store any of your credentials or account info.

5. Location Services

To provide accurate pricing and delivery updates, we may use your address or location data to calculate distance and optimize routes.
We do not track your live location or access GPS beyond what you provide.

6. SMS & Email Consent

By placing an order, you agree to receive:

  • Order confirmations and delivery updates

  • Follow-ups regarding substitutions, delivery timing, or payment

  • Occasional feedback requests

You can opt out anytime by replying STOP or contacting us directly.

7. Data Retention

We retain delivery records, receipts, and customer info for tax, legal, and operational reasons. If you'd like to have your data deleted after a completed order, just ask — and we’ll remove what we can while still meeting legal requirements.

8. Children’s Privacy

We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13. If a child has submitted information, a parent or guardian can request deletion by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

You can request:

  • A copy of your stored data

  • Corrections to your info

  • Deletion of your info (where possible)

We respect your rights and will respond quickly to any request.
